Vienna City Hall's architecture draws inspiration from Flemish and Brabant Gothic designs, notably resembling the Brussels Town Hall. It boasts a grand façade adorned with five towers, including a central spire crowned by the iconic Rathausmann statue, now a symbol of Vienna. Inside, the vast structure is organized around seven inner courtyards, evoking a Baroque influence. With a sprawling area of 113,000 m2 across three floors and two basements housing 2,987 rooms, it combines brickwork, predominantly from the Leitha Mountains, with elegant limestone accents and ashlar masonry. Adjacent to this historic building lies the Rathauspark, while within its walls, the Wiener Rathauskeller restaurant beckons with its baroque halls and a delectable range of Viennese culinary delights.
