I have to say that I have rarely had such a good and, above all, competent tour guide. We were very impressed as a family!

It was impressive what the guide knew. You could tell that history was his thing. It wasn't memorized history, he knows the history of the castle very well. Everything was great, we would book again.

The guide had way too many side stories about Austrian government and politics. This is no concern of turists. Also chauvinistic/ sexist remarks about women are not in place. Otherwise he was ok

It wasn't bad, the lady who showed us around was nice and everything, but I had actually expected more. We rushed through it in no time and there was no guided tour of the garden at all. Just a few explanations from the shade. For me, the whole thing was definitely not worth 48 euros. And I wouldn't book it again

The selection of highlights to be seen, the interesting way of conveying the topics/knowledge, individual questions were answered very well.

The overall organization was very good and our guide Deter was nice, funny and full of very knowledgeable. My visit to Schönbrunn wouldn't have been the same without his fun facts throughout the tour. Thank you for the nice experience.

I would rather let you know my problem with my tour - the description of the tour of the palace and gardens say that it is 3-1/2 hours long and our tour was only 1-1/2 hours with no explanation of why it was only half of the time even after asking our guide why were done at 12:00 when the tour started pomptly at 10:30??? The tickets were very expensive for what you received in return. No value add having the guide or using HEAD OUT whatsoever :(

Interesting tour with brief but comprehensive explanations related to the various monuments and their history. Due to lack of time I could not visit them, but did the whole tour on board the bus. However, experience to be repeated...with more time available!

The tour was as described. We traveled both lines and saw a lot. Unfortunately the air conditioning was defective in one bus. At 35 degrees it was like being in a sauna. We then changed to the next one. Here everything was okay again. Buses left every 20 minutes as described. You never had to wait long. That was really great. They weren't overcrowded either. Could generally be a bit cheaper. But apart from that everything was great.

A very friendly and personal greeting in the morning by the bus driver. Great explanation of the system and temperatures on the bus. Convenient way to get around Viienna.

All the staff, from sales to the driver or the people at the individual stations, were extremely friendly and helpful.

The experience was good, but it could have been better. It is not very well explained where the buses leave from, and where they arrive, the drivers are not very friendly and do not help the tourist. The drivers do not speak a word of English, living in a city as touristic as VIENNA, I think that is unacceptable. The stops are not clear, the services of the different colors of the tourist bus are confused.

We always like to use the hop-on hop-off bus tour for our city tours. It gives you a great overview of the sights and you can hop on and off at any stop. So far we've done this in Berlin, Munich, Dresden, Vienna and Budapest - everything went really well!

The bus drivers were friendly and helpful throughout. The waiting times were a maximum of 20 minutes. I live in Vienna. But it was nice to explore the city with my son in this way. The only downside. One bus had no air conditioning in the lower section.

Route, description, music Note: unfortunately very long waiting times, a 25-minute interval would be perfect. The yellow bus from the competition came by more often. With the large volume of traffic, there should be 2 more buses. That was a pity.

The staff were not always friendly, especially one of the drivers who was rude and incorrect, the heat, due to the plexiglass roof on the outside (there are buses that don't have roofs in hot weather...for 42 euros, you'd expect a certain level of comfort!) the content, which deserves to be explored in greater depth.

An uncomplicated way to get to know a city. It's best to buy a ticket for 2 days. Slightly more expensive, but worth it. Very detailed information in many languages via headphones. It is a bit tricky to adjust them. Buses stop at the most important sights and run every 20 minutes. At least in Vienna. Highly recommended. Best to book online

With the two routes on offer, you could get a good overview of Vienna. Ideal if you can't / don't want to walk that much and want to be accompanied by an audio guide through the city. The headphones are available free of charge on the bus.

The tour is very well done and the stages are interesting but access to the starting point is not clear. When I clicked on the link to the starting point, I was connected to Google maps, but the address was not correct for the bus stop. It wasn't on the right street. And upstream, it didn't say that we couldn't start the tour at any point.

Was an all round great experience did both tours and staff were very friendly and helpful and there really is a bus every 20 mins! Highly recommended

The audio-guided tour was really interesting and the bus drivers were friendly and drove carefully... We also really enjoyed the walking tour through the city center with Lukas Forster. He guided us through the city center for almost two hours and it was very entertaining, interesting and funny. He was very personable. All in all, a great experience. We would book the Hop-On Hop-Off bus again and again. Thank you!

We liked the audio guide and the accompanying music. Unfortunately, it was very warm and we would have appreciated air conditioning. The bus heated up very quickly through the plexiglass window. But Vienna is a wonderful city and we really enjoyed it. It was not the last time we were here.

Very good audio guide 1st bus: jolts that make you sick( blue line) Long waits at stops. I prefer the red line. 2h: too long Having taken a 2-day pass, we only used it for one day, as it was better to do EVERYTHING on foot. Too many similarities between the 2 lines...for the center.

The number of lines allows everyone to choose their own route. Explanations are sometimes very succinct. The choice of languages is important. On the other hand, the number of headsets per passenger could be limited. Self-service doesn't help avoid this waste. We could also organize eco-friendly driving for the drivers. You can see almost everything!! Green line is fantastic!!! The staff is very kind and helpful!! We took the 48 hours tour and it was very easy to see a lot of monuments!!

The staff were very friendly and the buses arrived at the stops on time. Changing buses, e.g. from the yellow to the blue line, also went quickly and without any problems. The background noise and the music of the announcer were a little annoying, so that the announcements were not always clear to understand. We would have preferred music only between the explanations. We can recommend the tour.

A very comprehensive insight into the history and geography of this time-honored city! The multilingual guide is informative and entertaining, thankfully not gendered. Broad and deep introduction, well structured, broken up by appropriate music. Unfortunately some technical glitches - please wait more carefully! The real departure times should be communicated more transparently, there is no air conditioning in the heat.

I was unpleasantly surprised that I had to pick up the tickets in the city center. I ordered and paid online and was planning to hop on a location close to my appartment. I however had to book a taxi to go to the city center to pick up my tickets. What's the use of ordering online then? How easy is it to provide a code when ordering online that serves as a ticket? Sorry, this is really old fashioned and will not consider ordering online again

The bus had no/very little AC and so it was extremely hot, especially when stuck in traffic. Other than that there were some good stops and interesting facts. Most stops cost extra, so getting the Vienna card is smart.

We saw a lot of Vienna and the three lines were well organized. The staff were very helpful with questions.

The frequency of buses makes it easy to visit the important points of the city. New and comfortable buses, the audio guide explains in detail everything you see.

I was expecting to be able to board a bus straight away when I bought online. That wasn't clear to me when I made the purchase. Only after booking did I receive the information that I had to travel to a certain stop to redeem the ticket first. I hadn't planned for that. In addition, as a group of 11 people, we deliberately didn't get off the bus because we were afraid that we wouldn't be able to get back on together at an intermediate stop because the buses were so full and only a few people got off at a time. It would be better if you knew in advance that you would get a seat. For example, if you can reserve seats or similar.

You can get around Vienna, but the buses don't always run as frequently as indicated. Instead of every 20 minutes, the bus should come every hour. So you can't really plan your tour effectively.

As instructed. we arrived 15 minutes early to commence the tour at 11am. Once the tour guide collected the entry tickets, we finally entered the Upper Belvedere Palce to commence the guided tour of the art gallery at 11.45am. The tour guide was very quietly spoken and at times difficult to hear Very dissapointing content Poor value for money

The boat trip itself. The service for the outward and return journey was very friendly. Bratislava is very beautiful. A great old town with lots of places to eat. What I missed was a warm welcome by announcement to all passengers and regular information along the Danube. The breakfast and afternoon snack were very tasty. Lunch was so-so and the buffet was not to my liking.

The food onboard and the relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Nice litte town we visited (Dürnstein). We even got to experience the local band, rehearsal for their concert.

Beautiful day out. Had the best time. The only negative is that it isn't announced when food is being served. If you're upstairs emjoying the stunning views you have no way of knowing when meals are ready.

The ship was great - I liked the inside area and the front deck. The deck at the back has more tables and chairs with a shade, but it is a smoking area. The trip itself was nice, but quite long (13 hours). The staff was great - friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was OK, cantine type, but I didn't expext anything special anyway. The a la carte drinks menu is good, although the prices are a bit high.

Good food, well organized Unfortunately, toilet paper and towel paper were not provided or only replenished towards the end of the journey. The staff were nice and polite, but not overwhelmed as there were very few passengers on board.

Instructions indicated that the purchaser of the ticket needed to bring ID, not all persons listed on the ticket. The type of ID required was not indicated, either. The ID presented by the others listed on the ticket was not acceptable and so we were not allowed to take the trip that l'd spent 267 euros on.

It was not clear on the website the date for which I was booking .. I wanted tickets for June10-11 and was allocated a pass on the date I booked. for that date And it appears that changes to dates (or refunds) are not possible

Schönbrunn Palace was overcrowded at 11am you can no longer exchange tickets for admission tickets.

Day of excessive unbearable heat and the buses are not prepared with aa. Up there the sun was scorching and to top it off they finish running very early, they should be running at times of the day when it is as hot as from 7pm.

I liked the wide range of attractions covered by the pass, including the fact that you can use the hop-on hop-off buses without restrictions. There were never any problems scanning the code. Unfortunately, "Time Travel" was not included. There is a slight deduction in the rating for the fact that - at least for me - downloading to the cell phone was cumbersome. I would have liked to have received a pass in card form at the info center. So I always had to hope that my cell phone battery wouldn't die in the meantime Unfortunately you had to pay an extra €9 in Schönbrunn to see all the rooms. But it was still worth it. The booklet accompanying the pass should definitely include the opening times of the attractions! The pass was helpful for me overall.

We're being sold 90 activities, but in reality it's impossible to do this in 1 day. Misleading advertising. Many activities close between 3pm and 5pm! How can we do a minimum number of activities between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to make a profit of 99€? !!!!!!

The Vienna Pass was not recognized in part, Sissy Museum, Treasury and also hop on hop off! It is also misleading, it is written Wien -Pass, but the cashiers want to read Vienna -Pass!

The pass gives you acces to most of the atractions and skip lines for tikets.

It's a great thing for people who want to get to all the wonderful sights in comfort.

Although the tickets in the app said they could be used directly at the Belvedere Palace, at the entrance the tickets were not recognized. The digital tickets (available on the App) clearly said that it was not necessary to exchange them for physical tickets, as the digital tickets were accepted. After 30 minutes of phone calls to various locations by Belvedere Palace staff and receiving proof that we had paid for the tickets, we were allowed to visit the Palace.

I was denied entry at the Schonbrunn Palace - they said they were sold out of tickets and could not redeem my voucher. I contacted support and asked for a prorated refund for the amount associated with the Schonbrunn Palace tour and even had a Schonbrunn Palace representative speak with Headout support to confirm the denial of my entry. Headout said they needed written confirmation from the venue that my entry was indeed denied.

Easy to exchange for the tickets to both palaces.

The guide was competent and friendly. Unfortunately, it was so crowded that you couldn't really see everything, e.g. the chronological order of the Sisi paintings. What a pity! In addition, not all rooms were open to visitors due to the construction work. Mmh, some information would have been fair. For a bit more Hofburg flair, I visited the library, which cost me another entrance fee.
