The ticket was for the Vienna day pass that was meant to give you access to 70+ Museums and attractions. Our ticket cost a ridiculous amount and we could only get into the art history museum. When talking to the company about a refund it was refused.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the beautiful and moving exhibits I had the chance to see during our recent visit. Though we were only there for about 10 minutes, what I saw left a deep impression. Unfortunately, my son began feeling feverish shortly after we arrived, and we had to leave much earlier than planned. We hope to return another time to experience the full collection.
